All Woodpecker USA products are guaranteed against defects in either workmanship or material. Woodpecker USA LLC and Dimar Canada Ltd. assume no liability for defects or damage caused by abuse or misuse of any product or unauthorized service of any products.

In the rare experience that you have encountered an issue with the workmanship or material of our products please contact us and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number for warranty inspection by our engineering department.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with having a product inspected for warranty issues. If it is found that a product is defective in either workmanship or material, the customer will be compensated for the shipping costs and we will be pleased to offer you a replacement (of the same exact product) at no additional charge.
